đồ họa của game là cả một bước tiến dài so với phiên bản đầu tiên.
Những cử động của Ezio rất mượt mà và ít khi gây nên lỗi xuyên vật thể
hoặc kẹt vào lỗi của địa hình. Từng thành phố đều mang lại cảm giác như
đang sống trong thời Phục Hưng, với những tháp chuông, đường phố lẫn
trang phục của người dân đều được thiết kế tỉ mỉ và chân thực. Chỉ một
điều đáng phàn nàn trong mảng đồ họa là hiệu ứng sóng nước khi Ezio
lướt thuyền gondola trên những dòng kênh của Venice gần như … không có.
Âm nhạc của game được soạn bởi Jesper Kyd, một nhà soạn nhạc nổi tiếng
qua hơn 30 game, trong đó có cả dòng game Hitman và gần đây nhất là
Borderlands.
